Step 1: Intake Form

Before our session, you’ll complete a short intake form so I can understand your goals, current lifestyle, any challenges you’re facing, and what’s worked (or not worked) in the past.


 

Step 2: The Coaching Call

We’ll meet on Zoom to:

  • Break down your biggest barriers and create strategies to overcome them
     

  • Explore the key nutrition and training principles relevant to your goals
     

  • Answer your questions and personalise recommendations
     

  • Set up your initial plan of action

 

Step 3: Your Personalised Plan

You’ll receive access to your own profile in my Coaching App, where everything is stored in one place.  Depending on your consult type, you'll get:
 

  • Nutrition Report with calorie & macro targets
     

  • Flexible Meal Plan and practical food recommendations
     

  • Education Guides tailored to your goals
     

  • 8-Week Progressive Workout Program (gym or home-based)
     

  • Exercise Videos and structured tracking in the app

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 4: Follow-Up & Ongoing Support

  • Get feedback, ask questions, and make plan adjustments within 2 weeks of your consult – all via the app. 
     

  • Book follow-up calls as needed (every 6–8 weeks is ideal for most people)
     

  • Continue progressing with expert support and clear next steps
