Hey, I'm Nick
 

I'm here to help you feel confident in your body, by getting stronger, building muscle, and getting lean.  I'm here to help you get there in the most efficient, and stress-free way possible.

Through my blog articles, and Coaching Programs I share my knowledge and experience with you, so you can become your own Nutrition and Training coach.  My advice is simple and actionable so that you can make long lasting changes that suit your lifestyle. I want you to get off the yoyo diets, escape restrictive behaviours, and stop program hopping.  

Let's focus on the "big-rock" habits that make all the difference, and ignore the noise that just confuses you, and stifles your progress.

My experience dates back to 2002, where I entered a Bachelors Degree in Sport & Exercise Science.  From there, between stints of living abroad, I completed Post Graduate Diplomas in Exercise Rehabilitation and Human Nutrition. The true learning, however, has come through the hundreds of people I have coached over the years, from all walks of life.

I live in Melbourne, Australia where I coach people, both in person and online.  When I'm not doing that, I'm doing my own training, reading, cooking with my lovely wife, or playing basketball with my son.

I started training with Nick 8 weeks ago and already he has helped me achieve some of my personal goals. I avoided the gym for quite some time due to not knowing what to do or where to start. When I finally reached out to Nick, I gradually gained my confidence in the gym environment.  Nick designed a programme that was suited to me and my goals, and each week progressed & tweaked the program where needed.  I really enjoy the variety each session brings. Nick's Exercise Physiology and Nutrition background enables him to design programs and that suit the needs of many different people.  I have been working with Nick to build functional strength, both before and after having hip replacement surgery. His attention to exercise modification has ensured that I have progressed with physicality and confidence.  He has also provided me with dietary advice that is both helpful and achievable. I enjoy each session as it is challenging & interesting, and Nick brings a bright and friendly manner, no matter how early in the morning.
