Personal Training and Exercise Physiology is for people who want to:

How It Works
Step 1: Intake Form
Before we begin, you'll complete a short intake form so I can understand your goals, training history, health status, and any barriers.
Step 2: In-Person Consult and Functional Assessment
During our initial session, we'll:

Get to now each-other - me learning more about you and your goals, and you seeing how I approach fitness, health and your specific needs

Perform a functional assessment comprising of mobility, stability, strength and co-ordination drills

Start building the framework of your exercise program based on your goals and functional assessment

Focus on education so you understand why we're doing what we're doing
-
Homework for you to work on between our initial session and the next time we meet.
Step 3: Personalised Plan & Ongoing Support
Depending on your goals, you may also receive:

A structured, progressive training plan tailored to your goals

Recovery or rehab training plan

FREE App-based access to track your workouts (optional)

Ongoing support and education around lifestyle, nutrition, and habit-building

Ongoing program adjustment and progression (ongoing personal training)
