More Than a Personal Trainer
As an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist - one of the highest qualifications in the fitness industry - I bring clinical-level knowledge to every session.
That means I can work safely and effectively with injury, chronic pain, and complex health conditions that most personal trainers aren't qualified to manage.
It also means my services may be claimable through Medicare (with a GP referral) or your private health insurance - making expert coaching more accessible than you might think.

How We Get Started
Step 1 - Intake Form
Before we meet, you'll fill out a short form so I can understand your goals, training history, health status, and anything that's been getting in the way.
Step 2 - 60-minute Initial Session
We'll get to know each other, run through a functional assessment, and start building the framework of your program. You'll leave with clarity on what we're working on and why - not just a workout.
Step 3 - Your Personalised Plan
Based on your goals and assessment, you'll receive a structured training program, optional app-based tracking, and ongoing support as you progress. Programs evolve with you - nothing stays static.

I take your results seriously. You'll get honest feedback, clear direction, and a program that's built for your body - not copied from someone else's. I'll push you when it matters and pull back when it doesn't. And I'll always explain the why, not just the what.
