"It's hard to eat healthy"
"I just don't have time to make healthy meals"
"I don't know how to cook..."
To this I say - Yep I totally get it. But, there are always options.
It's ok to want to eat a burger or a bacon & egg sandwich over a Tuna salad. Clearly it's more inviting, but time constraints and culinary ineptness are more excuses than they are barriers.
This delicious salad takes 10 minutes, and only half as many steps to prepare. Make it a staple for your lunch or dinner and you'll tick all the big boxes for weight loss and health. It's low calorie, high protein, and packed with fiber.
